About Fun Time Pony

Fun Time Pony is an underground late-night bar and live music venue beneath 122 Alinga Street in Civic. The main room is the Pony Pit, with a bar and stage, and a cocktail bar called Parlour of Dreams is tucked away inside it. Upstairs at street level is Pony Up, a sister smash-burger bar. There is free pool, pinball and late-night pizza by the slice.

The program mixes touring acts, local bands, DJs and comedy. The venue's listings include Oktoberfest and Halloween nights in October 2026, club-style DJ nights, ticketed band shows through to November 2026, and a Snow Machine pre-party in August 2026. Weeknight sit-down events such as comedy and burlesque have been reported, with a more nightclub feel on Saturdays. There are no table bookings; it is walk-in.

It is run by Rabble Group, with Wes Heincke named as a co-owner of the Pony Up side. Pony Up replaced the Italian restaurant Bada Bing, which closed in 2025.
