About Mary Mary
Mary Mary is a cocktail bar and spirits library inside The Tasman hotel, set behind the sandstone walls of the former St Mary's Hospital, which gives the bar its name. It opened in December 2021, with a low-lit room of leather and marble and two semi-private fireplace chambers.
The short cocktail list reworks classics using Tasmanian fruit, native botanicals and local distillers, alongside Tasmanian wine and beer and Italian-leaning small plates. Guests order at the bar and take a table. Walk-ins are welcome, with bookings recommended on weekends.
