About Manky Sally’s

Manky Sally's is Moo Brew's Salamanca Place taphouse, nano-brewery and self-described luxury dive bar, opened in May 2023 near the Mona ferry terminal. Mona's design team fitted it out with reclaimed pieces, including old Axminster carpet and a wall of more than 3,000 lit amber bottles.

The bar runs 14 taps, including experimental beers brewed on site in small tanks, plus Moorilla Estate wine. Food is shareable snacks such as Tasmanian scallop skewers, Sichuan-spiced olives and okonomiyaki. Tables can be booked but are not required.
