About The Flaming Galah
The Flaming Galah opened in late November 2022 as Fremantle's first dedicated queer venue, for the LGBTQIA+ community and their friends and families. It has bright teal and pink walls, checkered tiles, a sparkly bar, a cosy nook and an outdoor deck.
The bar serves party-style cocktails and alcohol-free options, plus food. Drag shows and burlesque are part of the programme, such as a free burlesque night in October 2025, and it has been a Fringe World venue. Everyone is welcome.
