The Cumby is the Cumberland Arms Hotel, a state heritage-listed corner pub on Waymouth Street built in 1883. It is licensed for 731 patrons and has a large beer garden with a retractable roof, an upstairs function room and private dining spaces. The hotel was listed for sale in March 2025 after an interior refresh.
Glam Adelaide's 2026 nightlife guide describes it as a pub by day and a party venue by night, with a dance floor and sport on big screens, opening from midday every day.
