Adelaide is compact, but the trains and trams stop early. Here’s what runs late.

After Midnight buses

Saturday nights only: buses run from midnight to 6am Sunday on routes east, west, north and south, all through the city. Drivers can drop you at a well-lit spot on the route, such as a service station, if you ask.

Trams and city buses

The city tram is free within the CBD. Free city-connector buses finish mid-evening, 9:15pm on Fridays. Check the Adelaide Metro journey planner for the last tram to Glenelg.
