The Old Canberra Inn is a pub at 195 Mouat Street, Lyneham. Its website says it began as a slab hut in 1857, making it one of Canberra's earliest licensed pubs, and describes a family-friendly venue with 10 craft beer taps and a menu using local produce, with vegan and dietary options.

Getting there
Light rail runs from Alinga Street to Dickson Interchange (five stops) and to Macarthur Avenue for Lyneham; the last service from Alinga Street is about 1am on Fridays and Saturdays and about 11:30pm on other nights. Downer and Belconnen are bus, taxi or rideshare trips (Rapid 3 and 4 serve Belconnen), so check Transport Canberra for the last service.
