About Pirate Life Brewery
Pirate Life's Port Adelaide brewery is the hospitality headquarters of the craft brewer, which started in Adelaide in the mid-2010s. The $15 million brewery in the Port's historic woolstores was announced in 2018, and the venue has the brewkit on show behind glass, a 22-metre bar, 24 taps, a beer garden and a merch store.
It serves food all day and is family- and dog-friendly. The brewery also stages big events, such as its eleventh birthday in February 2026, when De La Soul and The Bamboos played a day-long festival on site.
