About Old Mill Brewery
Old Mill Brewery opened in September 2025 in a 170-year-old former flour and chaff mill on Tanunda's main street. It is a collaboration between Rehn Bier, Forage Supply Co and chef Kane Boase, whose restaurant Sally Can Wait serves Southern-style barbecue and pub classics. Exposed beams and corrugated iron keep the mill's character.
The venue has live music and open mic nights, and in 2026 it was the base for the new Barossa Sessions spring music and food festival. A second stage was planned to add an event space, a beer garden and a second bar.
