About Shenannigans
Shenannigans, known to locals as Shags, is an Irish-style pub on Mitchell Street that says it has been standing for more than 21 years. It has a terrace over the street for pints, Guinness on tap and a menu of pub classics, Irish curries and a Sunday roast.
The week is built around specials and events: steak night and trivia from 7pm on Tuesdays, Mind The Gap from 9pm on Wednesdays and schnitzel night on Thursdays. Time Out lists live music every night, and on weekends the room gets a dance floor.
