About Epilogue Lounge & Rooftop Bar
Epilogue Lounge opened in 2013 at the Gregory Terrace end of the Todd Mall, working as a cafe by day and a tapas and grill venue at night. The rooftop bar, reached by a laneway, opened in 2016 and was renovated in 2019, adding an indoor area and a bigger bar that doubled its capacity.
The rooftop holds about 180 people on Friday and Saturday nights and is one of the town's most regular live-music rooms, with local bands, hip-hop artists, themed DJ nights and monthly music trivia. Recent acts have included Indigenous reggae bands, metal gigs and the 10-piece African band King Marong.
